& WELCOME TO
A MODEL RAILWAY SITE for ALL RAIL MODELLERS within my LOCO SHED e-mail address.
If you like Model Railways and are building a layout why not share your achievements with us by having your own 'piczo site' so we can link-up? At Shedenham Station we like to be linked to others who enjoy the same hobby. So if you have a layout and some digital pictures to show us we will be pleased to have you join up through your own PICZO SITE, whatever your age.
I started model railwaying with HATTONS in Liverpool - they put me on the right track - with some very good mail order bargains! You have to start somewhere.
If you like the building side of modelling (which I do) you cannot do better than to start off with some of the METCALFE MODEL KITS from Yorkshire. They got me up running and you can also 'Make it with Metcalfe'.
The LOCO SHED Pages also show pictures of some LIVE Steam Loco's I have visited.                 Denny

Let's start up a Model Rail Club with the help of PICZO. If you have a layout - let us have a look at what you have achieved.
Beginners are more than welcomed, we all had to start sometime.
I'd welcome any input to help.   Denny

With the Railway Workers Cottages the only alteration I made was with the outer sheds. I cut them in half and attached one each to the outside wall. I reckon they looked better than just having them standing seperately somewhere nearby.
All the buildings are produced by METCALFE and put together by myself. I had a go at another make but found the instructions hard to follow on a seperate slip of printed paper. Metcalfe have very good printed out instructions that are very easy to follow, numbered step by step.
This Guards Van shows a red rear light as it runs along the track
The Main Station Building on the right is absolutely superb in detail. You can make it up as a Main Line through or you can add further to it making it into a terminus.
Very intricate detail thoughout making it one of Metcalfe's more costly kit models - but well worth ever penny - it looks GREAT, The Pic below show the Bus Station - it's fairly easy to build - but looks superb when finished.
You Can Make It - With Metcalfe!
PICZO are so pleased with this Railway Model Site that they have given me more picture access. So if any of you want to enjoy more of the LOCO SHED send an e-mail to our address and link your site to our SHED.
Only Railway Model Pics (Locos & Scenery) will be accepted with our linked sites. Anything else will be sent to the BARRY scrapeyard     Your Foot-plate Mate.
